Main features and uses:

This type of roll is made of high nickel-molybdenum alloy content, and its matrix structure is composed of acicular bainite matrix, nodular graphite and carbide. The hardness increases with the increase of carbide content. The as-cast roll has good impact toughness. After heat treatment, the thermal crack resistance can be significantly improved, and the hardness drop in the working layer of the roll body is small, the wear resistance is high, and the toughness and strength are matched. Mainly used in section steel continuous rolling mill, pipe hot rolling mill, bar and wire rough rolling, intermediate rolling, pre-finishing and finishing mills.
