Main features:

This type of roll is made of high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy content, and has better impact toughness and thermal crack resistance than ordinary iron rolls. In particular, the special ductile iron rolls developed for large H-beam and rail beam BD2 rolls are made of pearlite, and after high temperature spray quenching treatment, high-performance rolls with bainite matrix are obtained, which successfully replaced the original forged steel rough rolls.
