According to the "2009 Profit Distribution Plan" reviewed and approved by the company's 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the relevant matters concerning the distribution of 2009 annual dividends are now announced as follows:

First, the distribution object

All registered shareholders of the company as of August 6, 2010.

2. Distribution form

Personal dividend: 0.03 yuan per share (tax included), after deducting tax, 0.024 yuan per share will be distributed in cash.

3. Distribution time and place:

From August 12, 2010, the bonus distribution will be processed at the Chengdu Trusteeship Center on the first floor of Zuoan Apartment, No. 13, Jinxianqiao, Chengdu.

The shareholder holds the Chengdu Custody Center equity account card and the original ID card. If you entrust another person to handle it, the original ID card of the agent must also be provided.

The time is 9:00-11:30 am, 1:00-4:00 pm, excluding holidays.
