Chengdu Sanqiang Roll Co., Ltd. 2010 Annual Dividend Distribution Announcement

According to the "Proposal on the Company's 2010 Profit Distribution" reviewed and approved by the 2011 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Chengdu Sanqiang Roll Co., Ltd., the relevant matters concerning the distribution of 2010 annual dividends are now announced as follows:

First, the distribution object

All registered shareholders of the company as of September 19, 2011.

2. Distribution form

Cash will be distributed at RMB 0.06 per share (tax included).

3. Distribution time and place:

Fourth, bonus distribution procedures:

Individual shareholders can handle the transaction with the equity account card, account password and ID card of the Chengdu Custody Center; if the shareholder entrusts another person to handle the transaction, the original and photocopy of the shareholder's and agent's ID card must also be provided.
